i have same problem with porting GWF-3M08 modules with Ralink RT5370 chip
to Android JellyBean.
At this moment i can build linux driver for RT5370 and install it to linux
kernel successfully. This is netcfg log file:

But i can not connect ra0 to wifi network. Logcat file says that i can not
start wpa_supplicant in the right way:
