Fixed :)   . additional to all the setting mention in the post , i have to 
restart the dhcp server on my Ubuntu PC which was creating the problem, 
restarting my dhcp server fix the problem . And to access he internet one 
more step is to setprop  @android board  : setprop net.dns1 8.8.8.8
