Did you get time to look into this ?

It would be great if you could make this exe available, because I see
the documentation is not complete as such.

Doc says, that you need to append 4-bytes to the header , where the 4
bytes tell the frame length,
But while going through the source code , I found that you also need
to add 4-bytes of time stamp .

I tried to do the same with a ADTS file, but It does not work and
gives segmentation fault.

It will be nice and helpful if you could upload the dump_aac.exe and
the usage .
