We're having the same issues but are wary of turning copy protection
off due to previous bugs that caused crashing (see here:

Were you able to remove the copy protection successfully?

Also, I believe we were able to see our copy protected apps on the
Hero, but not on the Eris. I'm not totally sure about that though,
I'll double check.
