The analyst will provide a crucial link between the various product owners and development teams. They must have experience and be well versed in Agile software delivery life cycle. They will be required to understand both the technical and business sides of the mobile app product and build knowledge so that they can represent from a subject matter expert as well. Possess expertise in the customer area he/she supports and has technical understanding of the business unit's systems, capabilities, and respective technologies. They will be required to work closely with the product owner and business story writers to ensure story mapping and story grooming sessions productive and outputs of each are complete and concise for the needs of the entire agile team. Must have strong communication and negotiating skills.
