*Job Title*: Business System Analyst *Location*: Bothell, WA *Duration*: 12+ Months *About the Job*: This position requires knowledge of website design to translate business needs into an online experience that ensures a high-quality customer interaction in all customer touch points. May create website strategy, design online promotional programs for digital products or services to acquire new customers. Manage the implementation of eCommerce marketing, sales, service and support programs and analyze their effectiveness. Work without supervision on highly complex projects. *Skills * · Business system analyst · KPI · Tableau · Identifies business needs and design measurement plans including data collection and instrumentation · Design experiments and recommend KPIs and metrics to address information needs of internal clients · Able to query databases using SQL to extract, integrate, assemble and prepare data frames for analyses · Visualize results (e.g., using Tableau, Excel), prepare presentations and present findings to audiences. · Expert knowledge of SQL and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Adobe) is required *Qualification* • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field experience • 5+ years’ experience in an eCommerce environment with proven track record of managing online aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives. By using tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture/Site Catalyst • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
