Interviews will be: Video, Phone and F2F if Local. *Successful candidate will have some experience in an SRE/OpsWatcher capacity.* *Looking for:* - strong linux skills as a foundation - a good communicator, - responsive to requests for support, - uses logic and understanding of the system (which we'll train on) to route requests · *I don't need *someone who can design my platform or rearchitect my chef installation. · I do need someone who can help me collect and analyze data and statistics to determine how well we're handling our support queue. · I do need someone who will try to maximize my teams efficiency by picking up all the work that would ordinarily cause my other engineers to need to context switch. · I do need someone that will become the face of my team to our internal customers.
