Job Details: Review the demos of existing systems, create requirement documents, estimate effort, review test design/plans and test cases, ensure optimum test environment is setup, and coordinate with client and internal team on status updates WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in testing WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only) 1. ETL Testing (Informatica, Oracle, SQL Server) 2. BI Reports Testing (MSBI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) 1. HP ALM 2. ETL Automation Desired years of experience : 8+ Education/ Certifications (Required) : Degree in Engg Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: 1. Build ETL and BI Reports Testing strategy 2. ETL and BI Reports Test Planning and Execution 3. Status Reporting Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users? Yes, will need to work with SMEs, Developers, PMs and other project team members. What is the team size, make up, culture, soft skills, and dress code, Hours? Team Size: 4 Make up: Soft Skills: Must be excellent in verbal and written communications Dress Code: Western Business Formals Hours: Day shift, 7 -5 PM EST preferred Are you open to candidates from other states who can relocate to the client site? Yes, definitely. However, sub con who may need to travel back frequently is not very desirable as it may impact working hours on Mondays and Fridays. Interview Process (Is face to face required?) Skype interview for shortlisting by Infosys manager followed by face to face interview by client Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/ nature of work Sub con must be very well versed with ETL and BI Reports testing processes. Sub con should also be very good in documentation of test strategy, test plans, defects and status reports.
