*Role: Business Analyst / Project Manager.* *Location: Atlanta, GA.* *Job type: Contract to Hire* *Requirement expectations:* Oversee process to define scope of the project based on the business need in order to meet the customer's project expectations. Ability to influence and provide solution options to our Business partners Applies advanced project management techniques and skills combined with significant experience in a large complex business environment in the implementation of the solution. Perform business impact analysis and develop a risk mitigation strategy for system / process changes. Direct project plan approval process from the customer in order to formalize the project management approach. Develops and manages project schedules status, resources, deliverables, risks and issues, and timelines throughout the project with input from the application managers, business partners and project team. Ensure stakeholders are engaged including senior management, executive sponsors, stakeholders and assigned software development teams to assess and prioritize project activities. Takes projects from original concept through to final implementation, championing the development of strong project plans while leading cross-functional multi-disciplined resources through the execution of the plans to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations (on time, on budget and quality of scope).
