<p>IBM Sterling Order Management Architecture &amp; Design 
UNIX,HTML,Java,SQL,XML,Oracle Database,Java/EE</p>
<p>Candidates MUST have at least 3+ years of hands on experience of 
architecture &amp; design experience with IBM Sterling Order Management 
software.</p>

<p><strong>OMS Solutions Architect:</strong></p>
<p>At Williams Sonoma, we are looking for a hands-on solution architect to join 
our team in the Order Management and Supply Chain disciplines. The overall 
mission is to leverage both your deep understanding of the business supply 
chain processes and your strong technical and architectural acumen in order to 
develop solutions for complex applications, systems and integrations.</p>
<p>As the successful candidate, you will act as an advocate for the customer 
and as an authority on the architecture designed to address client business 
problems. You will need to be curious, investigating how to solve specific 
problems and will be persistent in getting solutions through to successful 
completion. You will demonstrate a passion for improving efficiencies in the 
supply chain and making a significant difference at William Sonoma. You will be 
able to communicate effectively across all levels of the technical and business 
organizations and to mentor more junior technical team members as 
appropriate.</p>

<p><strong>Additional responsibilities include but are not limited 
to:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p> Develop complete, effective and efficient designs for Order Management and 
Supply Chain systems</p>
<p> Deliver comprehensive architectural documentation for solutions designed</p>
<p> Participate in the software engineering process and guide teams to ensure 
consistent implementation with architectural and design paradigms</p>
<p> Lead design reviews and develop solution design documents for both High 
Level and Low Level Design artifacts</p>
<p> Develop, Maintain and Enforce Design and Coding Standards.</p>
<p> Monitor and govern the implementation of the approved technicaldesign(s)</p>
<p> Drive for innovation including developing tools, processes and reusable 
components as needed to help improve the efficiency of future projects</p>
<p> Partner with key Business Stakeholders, IT application owners, and 
architects to develop and execute on the product roadmap</p>
<p> Keep informed on the latest trends and emerging technologies within the 
Omni-Channel OMS ecosystem.</p>
<p>Requirements</p>
<p> At least 7 years of proven track record performing architectural and 
solution analysis and design for enterprise applications</p>
<p> A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in the following:</p>
<p> At least 5 years of Omni-Channel retailing experience using Sterling 
Commerce Selling Fulfillment</p>
<p> Proven track record in managing and driving the successful scoping and 
design phase of a project working with stakeholders from all business units to 
lead, define, map and document solution definitions</p>
<p> Highly knowledgeable in OMS systems architecture, service-based 
architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience 
managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and 
financial constraints</p>
<p> Must be highly proficient in Sterling Commerce, Java, Unix operating 
system, Web technologies (like HTML 5, Javascript – jQuery/Dojo, CSS 3, XML, 
etc.), SQL, Oracle db and performance, Visual modeling and design tools such as 
RSA</p>
<p> Must have excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal 
communication skills.</p>
<p> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR Engineering or equivalent 
experience is required</p>
<p> Retail industry experience is highly desirable</p>
<p> Certification in IBM Sterling Commerce is highly desirable</p>
<p> Strong architectural, design, analytical, and communication skills are 
required, as well as an understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and PCI 
Compliance</p>
<p> Strong customer interaction, organizational and time-management skills</p>
<p> Excellent work ethics with a strong desire to impact the business results
