I know this probably isn't the right group for this question but I'm not sure where else to ask and have googled with no appropriate hits. Recently I've been getting a whole bunch of these annoyances and haven't installed anything outside of the Play Store so apparently somebody isn't playing by Googles new rules and is getting away with it! Is there any way to track down which app is doing this so that I can take appropriate action?
