Sorry, don't have it at this point, I just threw something together into an
existing project and reverted after I posted. But it's not that
complicated: I added a button and progress bar to an existing layout, then
in onCreate, hooked up the button to toggle the progress bar's visibility.
Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.

I tried it both in an Activity and in a Fragment, and both worked as
expected.
