They didn't *tell me* how to fix it, they said it was fixed. I briefly hoped this wasn't an isolated problem, and the fix would solve everyone's problem, but it seems I'm wrong. I guess everything you can do is make sure you posted your ticket right, and wait. (I didn't reply to the mail right away, but once I did, it was solved in a couple hours).
