If there isn't a function that pulls up Google maps and automatically does a search, then how do apps like Meijer Find-it<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.meijer.findit&feature=search_result>and Liquor Run Mobile<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kansassoftware.liquorrun&feature=search_result>work? TreKing: Is there a good example of a tutorial that creates an app that uses APIs and Google Places as you suggested?
