Permissions on /mnt/extSdCard are drwxrwxr-x so owner and group ok. Have tried (via adb remote shell) *chmod 777 extSdCard* but operation not allowed. Is there another way? The permissions on a Galaxy S2 (/mnt/sdcard/external_sd) are drwxrwxr-x (i.e the same as the S3) and I have no problems writing files.
