So in the end what I am trying to do is illogical and cant be done some out of the blue way with out building a custom ROM It has to be an app... Which is a shame since I am so close to figuring it out. The service runs fine... Maybe just maybe having it call the camera button press if the volume is pushed down for longer then X amount of time.
