Hi! I am a new Android programmer and I am going to develop an app which includes bluetooth. The idea is to put a bluetooth transmitter in a place, so when an Android device gets close to it, a message is sent to it.
I have no idea about the topic and I need some information to determine if I would be able to do it. I found this transceiver, but I don´t know if it is what I need: Wireless Bluetooth RS232 TTL Transceiver Module If it is good for me, how can I manage to make the device transmit signals?
