I used to run into this, myself. What has always worked for me is to select the project name itself in the project explorer and then do a refresh. Then it'll build. If that fails, I just do a clean (which then does a fresh build)...but I don't recall having to do that since I started just doing the refresh. On the other hand, with my chemobrain, radiation therapy, and brain surgery all conspiring against my memory (and vision), I could be wrong about that last bit. But one way or another, one or both of those two will work (at least, in Helios).
