Generally, you don't. Android isn't Windows, and does some things differently than Windows. One of those is that application files stay packed in their .apk, and there are APIs to retrieve the data from the .apk. There are only very few situations where you should ever unpack the files from the .apk, and in those cases you will need to do that when your app starts and do this itself.
