Speaking of list view selector highlight - the color would break not just on HC: the standard highlight is orange, while the Galaxy S uses a light blue and Xperia Arc - silver gray.
And the button down image looks different between my Motorola Milestone (2.1), Galaxy S (2.2) and Xperia Arc (2.3).
