Check this file (found in your Eclipse workspace): .metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings \com.android.ide.eclipse.ddms.prefs
make sure there are no numeric-type preferences set to a string. Based on your stack trace it looks filter-related.
