Either A) Your customer list activity remains in the library, handling differences via some other mechanism.
I can't do A because my clients are competitors to each other and therefore I can't allow one competitor to see any custom work by another client who doesn't own a source license. B) You move the code that is dependent on that Activity to both app projects. I thought about that approach and I want to avoid it if possible.
