Even if you find the T&C unacceptable, you should be happy that this alternate market exists. Do you want the Google Market to imporve? -- because without competition, it won't.
The lack of customer support in the Google Market is appalling. Wait until you have to have a problem of your own resolved and then tell us about your experience.
