I take this to mean that, if I install the preview SDK, I can't publish ANY apps from that installation - even if the android:targetSdkVersion <= 9. Which means that, without a spare high-end machine to throw at it, the preview SDK is useless to me (and I'm sure, many others). Or am I reading this wrong? Is the publishability actually controlled by the android:targetSdkVersion value? Xavier?
