But, depending on how much you sell (in terms of money totals) you may want to consider forming LLC in US and then selling thru it. You would need to check couple of things with your local financial/fiscal advisor (i.e. to see if your law does not forbid anything like that or how taxes would look) but if you form it right and it right state, then it should pretty much work fine.
