Greg, You can spoof the caller's number (referred to as the A-Number or ANI) if you make the call through a VoIP provider. There is no way to spoof the ANI if calling with the SIM, because the ANI is attached to the SIM in the operator's switch. Many apps currently do this by integrating their app with a SIP client such as PJSIP, and then connecting the call through a VoIP provider that supports CLI (caller line ID).
