Why is this a concern? There are a few file explorer down there, and for X reason people can remove data using them. The problem is that if that data is removed, it has to be downloaded again. 3G in my country is yet a poor technology and very slow. As Filip says, data can be accessed, although there's no copyright or licensing issues I'm concerned in data availability. Data is public indeed, but I want to be sure that the media is there and nobody had removed it. I'm also aware that 160mb is a huge quantity of space, but is what the application needs (it's a guided tour with audio related to the tour you are doing.
