To market your app, feel free to checkout 'AppFriend for Facebook' on Android Market. It's gotten quite a bit of usage from users and from looking at the stats, some of the apps that users share get quite a few additional 'Likes' as it moves through the network. There is also a link on the app pages that allows users to go to your website.
What's nice about this approach is that when a user shares the app info (with comments), their facebook friends will see it on their wall and then they can go to the page and click to open the app description in Android Market.
