I live in Singapore now, which according to the latest study, has the highest percentage of millionares in the world, with an unfathomable 17% of the population has at least US$1M investable wealth.
This is also a place where anybody can start a small business by filling out a form on-line and pay something like $50. So people in this country, which is one of the richest by any measure, cannot buy or sell apps in the Android Market.
