Some time after participating at the challenge, I got an email suggesting to fill out a form for further information about showcasing my application. The form was made available by this link:
https://spreadsheets.google.com/a/google.com/viewform?key= (Key value omitted here.) When clicking on this link, however, I get placed on a logon page of google.com for accessing a google email account. I neither have any such account nor do I want to create one.
