Rename
sienna_cichlid_is_support_fine_grained_dpm() to
sienna_cichlid_supports_fine_grained_dpm().

Rename
navi10_is_support_fine_grained_dpm() to
navi10_supports_fine_grained_dpm().

v2: Fix function name in commit message to reflect
the change being done: add a missing 's'.
