The IOCTL data is in the debugfs header as it is. I could move that to the amdgpu_drm.h and include it from amdgpu_debugfs.h.
I'll re-write the STATE IOCTL to use a struct and then test against what I have in umr. Refactoring the read/write is trivial and I'll do that no problem (with style fixes).
