Understood. Initially, I had added the "ix" prefix thinking it had to
do with where it was being used in the code. Then, when you told me it
was for "index", I had a look at CIK and I must have ended somewhere
where "mm" had not been added, so I thought that it was better keeping
them as they were named. But you are right, they should be prefixed by
 "mm".

I'll fix them and the other patches concerned.
