After confirmation, the fan stop temperature setting is not exposed to algin windows driver. So the fw always pick the default value. I know it may be not reasonable but it is the truth. Thanks.

Although it works without issues, if there's a need to wait a long time to get this confirmed maybe I should just split this into two separate patches and we could get at least the Zero RPM on/off setting merged?
