Hi Gilles, Ideally it needs to be done as soon as possible - especially in regards to themes as you may need to find someone to port it to Drupal 7/8. I don't think Digikam.org uses any custom modules, so hopefully as long as they're all commonly used modules the migration shouldn't be an issue there. > > Gilles Cheers, Ben > > 2016-02-28 10:36 GMT+01:00 Ben Cooksley <bcooks...@kde.org>: >> >> On Sun, Feb 28, 2016 at 10:29 PM, Gilles Caulier >> <caulier.gil...@gmail.com> wrote: >> > What's the time-line for the migration plan from Drupal 6 to 7 ? >> >> Hi Gilles, >> >> It needs to be completed as soon as possible. >> Due to lack of time on Sysadmins part, you'll need to provide the >> necessary updates for custom things like the theme. >> >> > >> > Gilles Caulier >> >> Cheers, >> Ben >> >> > >> > 2016-02-26 19:54 GMT+01:00 Ben Cooksley <bcooks...@kde.org>: >> >> >> >> Hi all, >> >> >> >> As was inevitable, Drupal upstream have now ceased support for Drupal >> >> 6. >> >> This means that our Drupal 6 sites now represent a security threat, >> >> and may be insecure against future vulnerabilities. >> >> >> >> I would therefore like to migrate or otherwise sort out our various >> >> Drupal 6 installations fairly quickly. >> >> >> >> In terms of Akademy 2010 and Akademy 2012: I think the content of this >> >> (along with the Akademy 2013 Drupal 7 instance) should be all migrated >> >> into the overall Akademy Drupal 7 instance.
