I also use Kubuntu. Reading [0], liblastfm tries to use Qt5 by default. Please do the following: -) make sure you are on the current master branch of liblastfm -) clean your liblastfm build dir -) cmake .. (if build dir is a subdirectory of the source dir) -) check if you get this message: "Found Qt5! Please keep in mind, this is highly experimental and not our main development target.."
