Do you mean 3.0.0-15.25? https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-lts-backport-oneiric/3.0.0-15.25~lucid1 As far as I can tell, there were no relevant changes to the USB audio driver. What did change was the scheduling if isochronous transfers in the EHCI driver. Try asking on the linux-usb mailing list.
