This is probably a stupid question, but...
I have noticed that speaker-test defaults (with no -c parameter)
to one channel. Is this really the optimum default? If I recall,
in times past, it used to cycle through all of the channels. Now,
I just get "left front" over and over again (in mono, which I
have seen some people complain about without understanding why
it was happening when I searched the archive).
