Hi guys! I got VIA 8327 (AD1980) sound on board. I have kernel 2.6.28.3 with alsa and some packages: alsa-lib-1.0.23-i486-1, alsa-oss-1.0.17-i486-1, alsa-utils-1.0.23-i486-1 on Slackware current. Now the problem: the sound is really silent. I need to increase volume in my speakers almost to 80% (which gives interfering sound probably from HD), and Master to 70% to be able to listen anything. When I switch to Widnows the sound is good, which means it's not a problem of speakers or sound card. Is there any switch to gain some volume in some config files of alsa? Thanks in advance.
