I installed audacious and here are my results:
audacious:
default (sound)
hw:0,0 (no sound)
usb-audio (no sound)
mpd:
default (sound)
hw:0,0 (sound)
usb-audio (no sound)
snd-usb-audio is definitely my USB DAC's driver and I've set this up
under /root/.asoundrc and /home/user/.asoundrc and rebooted:
pcm.usb-audio {
type hw
card 0
}
I'm using alsa-lib-1.0.16. Please let me know if you can help
