Unless it is loading the wrong driver you won't be able to get 8 channels without either modifying the driver or duplicating the existing channels to the missing channels. I recommend you run the following script for more information on your setup. It scans your PC and puts the results on a website, then gives you a link to them. You can examine the result to see if your card is being recognized incorrectly. Perhaps there is an option you can set to specify the correct model.
