Hi all, I'd try my best in setup alsa in my laptop (HP Pavilion tx 1000), however snd-hda-intel simply doesn't work, no matter I put options model=hp, model=3stack.
By the way, I only can boot my kernel with noapic or noacpic + irqpoll I use Ubuntu 7.10 64bit, there is many information in ubuntu forums, http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=442483&page=35&highlight=hp +pavilion+tx+1000 I'd try quite many thing(include recompile source from latest alsa-1.0.15) but it just don't work in my laptop.
