And I can only do this in audacity where I can choose the sample rate. In all other playback apps (totem, youtube) the 44.1 songs are a semitone too high. Files that are 44.1 play back a semitone too high through emu 1212m. These /same/ files (through the same playback apps) play at the correct pitch through my onboard soundcard.
