Hi, I am trying to record the spdif signal from a satellite-receiver. If I connect the source to a DAT-tape-receiver, it works and shows 48000Hz frequency of the digital stream. If I connect the signal to the sblive 5.1, I get only white noise. alsa is version 1.0.13 lspci shows : 00:09.0 Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs SB Live! EMU10k1 (rev 07) 00:09.1 Input device controller: Creative Labs SB Live! Game Port (rev 07) Kernel : 2.6.18.1-default on Suse 10.2 Can anybody help tweaking this problem ?
