I've installed ALSA library and utils now, but it still doesn't work.
When doing
aplay -l
I get the message "no soundcards found" although on kernel startup
there's something like:
ALSA devices:
#1 SiS AC97...

What could cause such a problem?

Many thanks,
yours,
Daniel Kraft
