I answer to my own questions :
It works !!
snd_usb_audio module is used
this module supports the IR remote control, but with a patch
I can keep the current kernel, 

But I've no answers for this questions :
- alsamixer don't see all outputs of the sound card. Only fronts
speakers work. How to enable the rear speakers ?
- Why alsaconf does not detect this sound card ?
