Hi list
I'm using kernel 2.6.5 with alsa built in, and programs using oss iface to my sb live internal synth are not working, it's alsa counterparts work well.
!!! I was writing the same email this morning. it turned out I was missing a module, fixed by:
modprobe -v snd-seq-oss
