I purchase a Terratec Phase 88 card, but it seems that it is not supported by the alsa driver (1.0.4). When I load the snd-ice1712 module, I get the following message :
Consumer PCM code does not work well at the moment --jk
ALSA ../../alsa-kernel/pci/ac97/ac97_codec.c:1759: AC'97 0 does not respond - RESET
ALSA ../../alsa-kernel/pci/ac97/ac97_codec.c:1767: AC'97 0 access is not valid [0xffffffff], removing mixer.
ice1712: cannot initialize ac97 for consumer, skipped
Does anyone can tell me if it will be supported and when ? Also, I have the same question for the Terratec Phase 28 card... Thanks a lot, Nico
