Hi all,
My machine has two aound devices, and on-board ens1371 and the DMX6Fire.
I used to have them defined as :
alias snd-card-0 snd-ens1371
alias snd-card-1 snd-ice1712
and that worked in conjunction with .asoundrc so I could specify an
spdif_out device that just worked (up until about 3 months ago).
Anyway, after much faffing about, I reassigned the cards so that the DMX6Fire
was first. The spdif_out doesn't work, but envy24control and aplay do seem to
work and I can get audio coming out of S/PDIF.
Is this a regression?
