Hi,

I am trying to use a sound card on a MSI KT6V-LSR (VIA KT600), with the
VIA82xx driver. I succeeded in playing sound files, but I have some troubles
with line-in.

I try to use the spdif output (digital speakers): I enabled the loopback for
ac97 with:

options snd-ac97-codec enable_loopback=1

It works. Then,

- If I enable DAC: I can here xmms playing in my analogic speakers (headphone)
AND digital speakers
- If I enalbe ADC: I cannot here xmms in analogic, but I can here now the
line-in in my analogic speakers (headphone).

But, the problem is: I cannot here the sound from line-in in my digital
speakers: I here a poor sound, as it was bad encrypted, or modified my
something. I am sure that the sound "try" to go out of my speakers (because
it seems to correpond between my headphone (where it works) and the digital
output).

I tried to play with the dxs support. It changes nothing. In all case, I can
here the distorded sound. In my mind, it seems that the ADC does not work, or
try to work but bad...

Any idea ?
